Our semi-detached mini-villa of 55m² air-conditioned with a modern atmosphere is ideal for 4 people. It has 2 bedrooms (1 bed 160, 2 beds 90 or 1 bed 180 on request), a shower room and a separate toilet.

Its private terrace offers a pleasant view of the scrubland.

The communal swimming pool of the residence, open from mid-April to the end of October, is heated out of season. A paddling pool area allows children to make the most of their swimming.

In the residence's parking lot, a space is reserved for your car.

Sheets, bath and pool towels are provided.

The residence is ideally located a few minutes from Bonifacio to make you enjoy the Genoese city and its activities: boat trips, restaurants, outings, shopping, as well as the beaches of Piantarella, Sperone and Maora less than 10 minutes drive (boat, jet-ski and kayak rental).

The citadel of Porto-Vecchio is 25 km away, the famous beaches of Palombaggia and Santa Giulia in Porto-Vecchio are 30 km away.

The residence's swimming pool

The 8m x 16m swimming pool has its access protected by a fence and a coded gate.

It is heated in spring and autumn to enjoy a good swim, which can still remain cool (but invigorating!) depending on the weather conditions.

Animals

Pets are not allowed in your rental, however, some owners living year-round have animals that you may meet in the residence.

For electric vehicles

There is no possibility of recharging electric cars because there is not enough power in the area. The nearest terminals are 1 km away at l'Utile or 2 km in the parking lot of the port of Bonifacio and at the gas station.
